PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

In the process of electronic mechanical sheet metal processing, flanging hole processing refers to the processing process of turning sheet metal parts into side flanges along the perimeter of the inner hole according to a certain standard. 

Feature:

Usually, flange processing is combined with welding processing to achieve high-strength welding results. For example, when welding a pipe T, one pipe is welded to the side of another pipe to form a right Angle intersection shape. However, the welding difficulty of this method is very high, and because the cross part is sharp, it is easy to fracture due to stress concentration. In this case, the first tube should be perforated and flange processed, and then welded at the raised part with the second tube. This can increase the strength of the weld itself and prevent stress concentration in the welding area, making the piping safer and more reliable.
