Ground Rod Introduction
Stainless steel grounding rod is a kind of common grounding rod, which has good anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties in the grounding rod system. It is suitable for power plants, substations, line towers, communication base stations, airports, railways, petrochemical plants, oil storage and other places with high anti-rust requirements and harsh geological conditions.
Composition
Ground Rod cable clamp is made of pressure casting alloy aluminium,the structure is of the helical compaction type,none of unfilled corner and crack,earth rod is flexible and convenient,insulation rod has smooth surface.
The main parts of High voltage ground rod is composited by wire bent hook clamp or Bus bar flat clip,jumper short route, grounding tail, wiring nose, bus tube, grounding terminal clip or five anti-blocking clip, grounding steel fiber and grounding operation rod. Wire clamp adopts high-quality hot copper (or cooked aluminum) die-cast surface polishing and wire nose fastening connection, wire is an important part of "portable short-circuit grounding wire"
The portable short-circuit grounding wire is divided into two types: split-phase type and combined type. Applicable voltage: 500V, 10kV, 35kV, 110kV, 220kV, 500kV, etc. It is suitable for power plants, power supply, telecommunications, railway, subway and other power transformation users and construction units, and can customize special specifications of ground wires according to requirements.
Classification
Copper-clad steel grounding rod:
Copper-clad steel grounding rod is the choice of good flexibility, carbon content of 0.10%-0.30% of high-quality low carbon steel, using a special process to cover the highly conductive electrolytic copper uniformly to the surface of round steel, the thickness of 0.25-0.5mm, the process can effectively slow down the ground rod in the underground oxidation speed, the grounding rod can be divided into single and combination of two kinds. The single can be flat at one end, and can be threaded at one end of the roll. The two ends of the combination need to be threaded on the roll. The thread is processed by the roll thread groove to maintain a close connection between the steel and copper to ensure high strength and excellent electrical grounding performance. The product has been widely used in electric power, petrochemical, transportation, civil construction, large mechanical equipment grounding system, with long service life, economy, excellent electrical conductivity and so on.
